Governance and Directors

ACE UK is structured as a company limited by guarantee, with a Board of Directors consisting of senior executives from all full members.

The Board provides direction and supervision to the management, approves budget proposals, key actions and projects and all association policies. All members must, as a condition of membership, commit to ACE UK’s Environmental Charter in addition to its anti-trust guidelines and policies.
